Highlights of Current and Recent Successful Engagements

2021 began with the continuation of a contract role leading and managing the sourcing and recruiting efforts for a Midwest-based Property Management company. This involved designing an internal Applicant Tracking System within this volatile and unsettled corporate environment.

Elete also entered into another engagement serving in an Interim role as a Recruiter for a Midwest-based Credit Union as the sole Passive Candidate Sourcer and Recruiter.

2021 has now created another opportunity to source and recruit a Twin Cities-based Public Accounting Tax Manager for a client firm which we have served for multiple hires.

2020 started fast for Elete as we continued to broaden the scope of our practice:

  1. Continued a 2019 engagement serving a significant Midwest-based Healthcare system by leading the design and execution of a pilot Passive Candidate sourcing program / function which involved sourcing and recruiting top talent for their highest priority, hardest to fill positions.
  2. Elete was thrilled to be selected by our Twin Cities-based Public Accounting firm client to conduct a succession and growth-based sourcing and recruiting campaign for an experienced Business Tax Manager.
  3. Engagement to serve a Midwest-based Telecommunications company by leading the design and execution of a pilot Passive Candidate sourcing program / function which included sourcing and recruiting top passive candidates for their top priorities and hardest to fill positions.
  4. We were most appreciative of a new Property Management client company who chose Elete to serve on an interim basis as their Talent Acquistion leader and Recruiter to allow them to temporarily shift resources for an HR system implementation.

  • Sourced and recruited for various national and multinational companies: three (3) Chief Financial Officers, a New Zealand-based General Manager, a Controller, GeoTechnical Principal Engineers, Project Managers, Engineers, Business Development Reps, and Technicians in multiple states.
  • Designed and executed a corporate Passive Candidate Sourcing function / program focused on sourcing and recruiting top passive candidates for a National Geotechnical and Environmental Services Company

Financial Services / Banking

  • Partnered with a Community Bank to source and recruit an Executive Vice President - Business Banking Manager, a Vice President - Technology and Operations, Commercial / Business Banker, and a Credit Analyst
  • Retained by another Community Bank to source and recruit a Commercial / Business Banker to lead the creation of a new Loan Production office and a Consumer Loan Officer as part of a leadership succession plan
  • Served as an interim Recruiter, the sole individual for sourcing and recruiting passive candidates to fill positions as Business Development Officers, Mortgage Loan Originators, and Inbound and Outbound Consumer Loan Officers
