Since 2014 Elete, LLC has served as a Retained Search, Consulting and Talent Acquisition firm providing services for local, regional, national and multinational organizations, delivering various solutions including Confidential, Customized and Hard-to-Fill Searches, and Consulting / Advisory services to address growth, succession planning and to resolve transformation or reorganization needs.

2020 started fast for Elete as we continued to broaden the scope of our practice:

  1. We continued a 2019 engagement serving a significant Midwest-based Healthcare system by leading the design and execution of a pilot Passive Candidate Sourcing program / function which involved sourcing and recruiting top passive candidates for their top priority, hardest to fill positions.
  2. Elete is also thrilled to be selected by our Twin Cities-based Public Accounting firm client to conduct a succession and growth-based sourcing and recruiting campaign for an experienced Business Tax Manager.
  3. We also were engaged to serve a Midwest-based Telecommunications company by leading the design and execution of a pilot Passive Candidate Sourcing program / function which included sourcing and recruiting top passive candidates for their top priority and hardest to fill positions.
